Sending an enquiry

When you choose “Send enquiry”, your name, email, company, project type, timing and message are sent through NAYA’s hosting mail service. NAYA uses these details to review your project and respond. Your email address is included as the reply address.

The website does not save a draft in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can discard your entries. Your browser may remember field entries through its own autofill settings.

Protecting the contact form

The sending service checks submitted fields and limits repeated requests. Keyed digital fingerprints of the submission identifier, submitted details and IP address are kept in a private server folder to limit spam and duplicate delivery. These records expire after 24 hours and expired records are removed when the form handles new requests. Your name, email and project message are not saved in that folder or in a website database.

Your enquiry is sent from info@naya.ly. A copy remains in that mailbox and another is forwarded to naya.production.house@gmail.com. NAYA and its email providers handle these messages. Include only the information needed to discuss your project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Website and media delivery

This website and its media are hosted through NAYA’s A2 Hosting account. Viewing a page, image or film creates technical requests. The hosting provider may process information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website.

The hosting provider describes its handling of technical data in its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

This version of the website does not include a separate visitor analytics script. Films, images and fonts are served from the website’s own domain.
